I don’t recommend living here if you have mobility issues the elevator is broken, almost every week . Perfect place if you want a landlord that watch's your every move and demands $100 for anytime someone visits. No need to own a TV you can listen to your neighbours conversations word for word or their movie volume over powering your headphones. We were having some problems with our kitchen. It took them some time but they finally fixed it and built it brand new. Very happy with the new kitchen. We really appreciate the help.
