Company does not care about its tenants will take years to get anything fixed after filing requests. Increase your rent above the limit for a cracked balcony (my balcony was fine before the “renovation” and now have crumbling concrete) , leaking taps and no working heat after multiple conversations with maintaince. Had electrical wires dangling and tied off to my balcony for multiple years. Last time I left a one star review they scheduled an “inspection “ for only my unit to harass me . Showed us the most upgraded unit during the visit to lure the customers and told us that the one we will get is exactly same. However, what we got was the complete opposite, outdated version with outdated kitchen, flooring and closets. I requested for the flat top stove a couple months before we moved in June 2025 and still haven’t received it after being promised every single time I ask for it.
