All went smooth as usual. Liked the friendly reception at the check in desk.
These people care about animals. They have helped me through the most difficult time in my life when I had to say good bye to one of my babies. Dr. banks is number one in my book and will never take any of my loved ones any where else as long as she is there. And if your baby has a leg problem, Dr. E is the guy to see. Just a good, comfortable atomosphere where you know you can count on them to give the best care possible!!!
The staff is very caring. Office is clean and organized. Wait time is very low. Doctors are thorough and well mannered......knowledgeable.

I brought my dog in because she was horribly sick and she ended up having to be put down but the doctors and nurses made the experience so much more comforting and I just recieved a letter from Dr. Banks herself expressing her condolences. I truly appreciate her and the nurses there.
I can't begin to explain enough how much we love this office. You can always tell they care so much about the pets. While making sure they are getting what they need, they make sure it doesn't break your bank. We have seen Dr Fulton and Dr Banks and both are amazing. They take the time to explain everything, making sure you understand what's going on and why the next steps are the next steps. It also helps that my lab loves them just as much. Dr Fulton has truly been a blessing during these past very difficult months. Our girl was diagnosed with bladder cancer in April 2016. Dr Fulton has been more than compassionate in helping guide us thru this time. We are still exploring our options. He continues to take the time to explain the choices & listens to my suggestions. Dr. Easom operated on my dachshund. She needed back surgery due to her dragging her back leg. He gave me options and explained everything to my husband and I to help make the best decision for her. She is now running and playing like it never happened, so thankful to both he and his very friendly staff!
