We are first time home buyers, and Christin was incredibly patient with us in our 2-year search for a home. She was always available for showings and fought for us to get the best deal throughout the closing process. We have now used Christin Bracken twice and will never go to another realtor. She has sold 2 of our houses now and she goes above and beyond to get what you want! She will go as far as telling you what you can do to your home to get more for your house.
