Anniversary Disaster My wife and I entrusted Christies Flowers to deliver an anniversary flower arrangement to my parents while they were in Naples Florida. We asked for it to be delivered "as early as possible" on the day of their anniversary and by 5:30pm it had not been delivered. Christies told us we had not specified an AM delivery and they had done nothing wrong meanwhile my parents were already on their way out to dinner for the night. Silver Lining! Yesterday was my parent's 25th anniversary in Naples. Since I live in California, I was unable to make it out there to celebrate like I had wished. I decided to have an arrangment delivered to the restaurant that they were going to celebrate that evening, and found Christie's to be the closest florist to the restaurant. Now having worked as a florist here for almost 10 years, I was of course skeptical. The customer service personell are first class! TERRIBLE FLORIST Terrible. Do not order flowers from this florist. The flowers are VERY overpriced for what you receive and the arrangements are (for lack of a better term) tacky and small. I spoke with the woman at the desk, she didn't seem interested in my dissatisfaction. I have since ordered all of my flowers from a florist downtown that I thought would be expensive, but to my surprise, the prices were more reasonable than Christie's! Do not waste your money, use another florist.

TERRIBLE FLORIST Terrible. Do not order flowers from this florist. The flowers are VERY overpriced for what you receive and the arrangements are (for lack of a better term) tacky and small.
