I have been looking for a less expensive auto and renter's insurance for a while now. Today I spoke with an agent that was able to help me get both. Miss Ruth was wonderful. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, yet very professional. She was an absolute joy. She made the transition from Progressive to Allstate very easy and simple. She helped me every step of the way. Thank you Ruth. I am 72 years old, not very computer literate, but she took me through the process and made it very easy. Thumbs up to you, Ruth!
Fantastic experience with Christie. She helped me very quickly, explained everything to me and got me more coverage for a better price.
Christie explained everything very well on my policy. She made sure I was covered for house and car not trying to low ball the offer so she could write my policy. She was able to beat my Allstate policy with more coverage. Happy to have an agent that is very engaged with her clients.
Over the last 3 years our business has had four to five different insurance companies. During this time I never personally met any of the people working for those insurance companies and they never supported our business.
