Our experience with Christie was so great. I introduced my friends from oversea to them since I didn't have time to look for them. They were looking for apartments all over Manhattan. Sean is such extremely personal and approachable broker. Always available to explain if we have questions till we undrerstood. Santiago was so knowledgeable for Financial district, Brooklyn and even UWS. And very patient for foreign customers. I totally recommend this firm.
Terrible experience with this company. Santiago Pareja has no idea what he was talking about and told lie after lie just to give us a false piece of mind. Our income was short but he said the building would consider our bonuses. This was one of the many lies he told that ended up screwing us. We used a guarantor website and he told us it would take a half hour to get a decision. This was another lie. I called and they said they don’t know why he said that. It takes at least a day. I had a wonderful experience with Christie property. They really came through to our family . Totally recommend!
I did not feel I was being treated with respect by Sean Christie. After negotiating a fee for his services, he harassed us to make sure he could collect by sending numerous texts and contacting the leasing office of the building we applied to. He then sent us texts attacking our character when we decided to not proceed with the lease.
Sean & ian christie are a bunch of scam artist. i attempted to rent a apartment from ian christie back in September. Gave Him a deposit for 2,500 tried calling the maiden lane office several times & even showed up only to be told they are no longer in the building. i have since moved back to florida but stay away from these people they are only after deposit money and won't return any of your calls
