My visit was awesome, as always! Dr. McGee is truly amazing—she listens to all of my concerns and always finds a solution. I always recommend this practice. The entire team is efficient, caring, and professional. Definitely a 10/10 experience every time!
Great practice with friendly staff and doctors who listen and work with you. I appreciate that they don’t act like they are the sole authority of your children like many doctors do.
We love this practice for our child. We can usually get same day appts if we call very early in the day and our doctors listen to us fully and help provide the best care possible.
My son has been going to this practice since birth. I love Dr Nichols but the nursing staff has definitely forgotten why they have a job. Who calls a parent and tell them they have to find the pharmacy that has the prescription prescribed by the doctor? Darlene actually had the nerve to tell me it's my job to find where the prescription is in stocks. Then pay me your salary. They definitely need to address their staff on being professional
