This past weekend I came in for a regularly scheduled appointment. As I was waiting to get called, I saw people who showed up after me get called in. I kept waiting for an hour, at which point I asked the receptionist what was going on with my appointment. She asked me if I had checked in when I came, and I told her I did. Usually my place to go to get my teeth cleaned. Yesterday this one hygienist was cleaning my teeth and gave me the worst experience ever. She didn't know how to handle any of the tools. She kept applying too much pressure to my mouth. Even with the suction tool, she kept on shoving it deep into my mouth where I gagged multiple times and the tool got stuck on my gums so often that one particular spot got sore and has a visible irritation. Dr. Andre Hughes and Associates are amazing!!! Best dental clinic in all of GTA and further. My family and I moved from Toronto but we still come from the country, past London, to see Dr. Hughes! Finding a great dentist and good hygienists is hard to come by but his two locations gives you just that. He’s seen most of my kids for braces/orthodontic correction and does a great job. Great pricing for great dentistry!
Honestly just feel they are not helpful and only prioritize people with insurance
