Very good.
The agent was overall very helpful on the phone. I was getting my husband’s coverage transferred from Montana to Wisconsin. One of the frustrating things is that often the yearly covered medication list often changes. It has taken quite of bit of effort to select another medication that will work as well as the previous one, and time to coordinate the paperwork and communication between the doctor’s office, AARP RX, and myself.
