I specifically asked for the latest appointment available to which I was told 230 was the latest. I arrived at 215. It is currently 333 pm and I am still in the lobby. More than 1 hour after my scheduled appointment but had I been 15 minutes late they would have canceled my appointment. Not sure why they would overbook themselves and have this many people waiting this long.
