Went for my apt. sit for an hour and half and still had not see the doctor...... they make apts. all at the same time, everyone that was there wrote the same time down is how I know this. I feel if they cared about us then they would see us at a time close to our apt. but this is truly a place about money and how much they can make in a day. I have gone to Christie Eye Care for the past two years and I will never go back again. They are rude, overpriced, the doctor rushes, and talks down to you. I just got a new lens prescription and went back because it seems like my prescription is not right and was told I have cataracts and there is nothing I can do about it. I also brought in my own frames and with insurance I still had to pay $600. I feel ripped off and it has been a nightmare dealing with them.
