They appear to be out just to make money. Not upfront about costs. Also they took over 24 hours to return my call when I had tooth pain. They are part of a bigger corporation out to make sales. Don’t go there.

This is the WORST of the worst Dental Office I have visited along my whole life. The front desk person also in charge of the billing is so crooked. She charged me extra $204 without my authorization. When I complained, her answer was not a n apology but "don't worry, I'll apply this to your next visit." I choose this dental office based on reviews and insurance recommendation. Unfortunately, my experience was less than pleasant. I came with a severe tooth infection and left with the same infection, being advised to make an appointment for another day since apparently, I needed to have extensive dental work done for a ridiculous amount $$$. You will not find a better dentist or staff than this. Friendly, professional and caring people. Every time I go I am treated with respect and I always learn something new about dental health. Great job everybody, keep up the good work.

BEWARE USING THIS DENTIST WITH INSURANCE I used this dentistry recently to have a new crown procedure. Christie's gave me the quote for my co-pay using my dental insurance, which I paid immediately. Shortly after the procedure, the insurance claim was denied due to Christie's mistake using a wrong claim code. Even worse, they waited over 180 days to file an claim appeal, and of course any appeal over 180 days is automatically denied. However, it even gets worse. Love love love Christie Dental Belleview, they have great dentists, especially Dr. Castro..They give great cleanings, Trish at the front desk is the bomb, very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant, everyone at Christie Dental makes you feel very comfortable

This office is the best. The staff are amazing. Very good at there job. Work well together. The Dentist has the best hands and is very nice also. Tells you what they are doing. Will get you in as soon as they can. I love them very much. We are so lucky to have a great Dentist office in our small wonderful town . They listen and work with there clients. I like to eat and they make this possible. . Love Paula

I went to this office and saw dental hygienist TAMI, i cannot say enough good things on how well she did. She took her time and was very gentle with me. I don't think I have had a good cleaning from anyone here in fl. Like I did with Tami. Great front office too.
