I had an excellent experience at this dental clinic. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and the dentists were knowledgeable, caring, and took the time to explain everything clearly. What really stood out was how dedicated the team was to helping me with my insurance. They contacted my insurance provider several times on my behalf to make sure everything was sorted out, which I truly appreciated. Wow!! That's all I can say. I was never great in the dentist chair but recently I have gotten worse. Dr. Headley is my dentist and has been for a number of years. He is wonderful. Cheerfull and smiling. 5*. My hygienist Cecili is awesome. I have sensitive teeth and need to be frozen. Cecili treats me with the utmost care. She is very considerate of both my sensitive mouth and my nervousness in the chair. I cannot praise her highly enough. I had a crown done here recently. Dr. Headley and Cecili were very efficient. It was pain free and I didn't feel like I was drowning at any point during my time in the chair. I was quite impressed with that, as often time's when you're in the dental chair, you're dying to either swallow or have suction applied. Most importantly though, I left with a quality crown that I can't even feel a difference with when comparing it to other teeth in my mouth when feeling around with my tongue.
