After a couple good experiences here, I figured it would be fine to bring my daughter after she had an ear injury. The second the MA called us back, I knew that there would be issues. Receptionist and Nurse was prompt and attentive. I had the quickest 8mins head to toe assessment with Dr Lee. He went thru a list like a robot, did not even attempt to build rapport.
I went to the Christie C.C. on Windsor, Urbana on 2/13; I was treated for the same issue from 2/6 and I was getting worse after being initially treated 7 days before. I was lucky to be treated by Kevin, APN on 2/13. He clearly recognized I was getting sicker from the week before; I was sob very uncomfortable and ill. Kevin could hear wheezing in my r lung and ordered chest x-rays which indicated my lungs were good but the problem was persistent and I didn't need to cross the line to pneumonia.
