I love their doctors, do not care for their front desk staff. I've been standing in line waiting to check in while one poor nurse tries to help everyone, and three others stand around chatting. It's no wonder why you can't get anybody to answer the phone.

Great staff, but occasionally exceptionally long waits. This is due to the large success of the transformations program I imagine.
