Christie Clinic in Champaign has no concern for patients. When they contact you on the portal and want you to contact them you have to wait for them to answer the phone always over 15 mins for them to answer. When you have contacted the liaison multiple times for the same issue all they can do is contact the head person in that department. I just received a $2000 bill from my previous insurance OVER A YEAR after the visits because Christie billed them when I was no longer covered instead of billing my new insurance. I was VERY clear with them when I switched insurance (because I didn't want to commit insurance fraud... and because I already knew Christie staff can't do anything right), and they confirmed my new details every time I came back.
