I was a patient in the OB/GYN department under Dr. Darko and experienced repeated delays at every appointment. She was about 20 minutes late for my initial visit, nearly 30 minutes late for my pre-op appointment, and over 30 minutes late for my post-op visit. During my post-op appointment, I waited a total of 56 minutes. Once I realized she was already 30 minutes behind, I asked multiple times to reschedule because I was using my lunch break to attend the appointment. the OBGYNs are nice people here but when i was having issues during my pregnancy they just brushed it off and told me “we will only give you an ultrasound if WE determine there is an issue and you are fine!” well…. no i wasn’t i had 5 lbs of amniotic fluid ON TOP of a 9 lbs 4 oz baby. if they did an ultrasound on me when i had asked i would’ve been under monitoring the rest of my pregnancy and i would’ve had a MUCH smoother birth. thank you christie for down playing my issue and telling me im fine when i really wasn’t 👍!

Saw a dermatologist (Dr F, for privacy's sake (I see at least one other review mentioning her in reference to unprofessional behavior)) who made visit notes that did not accurately reflect what was discussed or performed in the visit. When I notified Christie via their patient feedback form, they basically said that I could just feel free to see another specialist from the same dept, and file a records correction request. Christie Clinic in Champaign has no concern for patients. When they contact you on the portal and want you to contact them you have to wait for them to answer the phone always over 15 mins for them to answer. When you have contacted the liaison multiple times for the same issue all they can do is contact the head person in that department. Well as many times me alone have complained you would think things would have gotten a little better. NOT.
