Prescribed me acid reflux medicine for an ear problem... obviously didn't help.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Horrible service. The person who handles the insurance part fails to do her job. Been waiting two weeks for them to send stuff to my insurance only for me to call my insurance company to find out that they just sent it yesterday and that I don’t need prior authorization. Called back to the office to let them know this, then she tells me she didn’t have time to call my insurance to hear them tell her I don’t need prior approval. This is your job!! Best care ever! Quick to get you an appointment. Dr. Lansford was on time, listened, explained everything, and was great! Surgery done very timely at the outpatient clinic next door. I can't say enough nice things about the whole experience.
