Just left the urology clinic today after waiting 45 minutes for labs. I decided it was time to leave but, then I got a call from the receptionist while I was about to drive away. She explained that they could see me now for labs. I went back into the office and waited another 15 minutes, still no one called me in for the lab appointment. At this point I’m totally fed up. What a circus clown show!
The PT is a hidden gem. One on one quality time. Great experience starting at the door.
There is a 5 minute policy that was not vocalized to me prior to the appointment. I am a father to two kids and I did my best to get to my appointment on time. We called the office as I was rushing to my son's appointment 7 minutes after the appointment time. Zero sympathy. Called the manager. Zero sympathy. They said it was Dr. Landsford's policy. So I wrote down the wrong time for my appointment should have been 1 wrote down 1:30. I get upstairs and try to check in at 1:10 and one of the receptionist wouldn't let the other one do it. She goes "I got you" and I go to the bathroom and come out and they say they had to reschedule my appointment. I was shocked when they told me I had the wrong time but also that they couldn't take me because I was late. I say it was ten minutes and the woman says no excuses. Tell me to be there 15mins prior to my appointment and make me sit and wait for over an hour. I am still sitting here and waiting as I leave this review. I feel like I have aged 100 years. The service is abysmal, tell patients to be here 15mins early and make them wait for over an hour and still not being seen. I feel bad for the older people that come in here and have to suffer this long, like their time left isn’t long. Very ridiculous. Cancel this Christie clinic.
