So I wrote down the wrong time for my appointment should have been 1 wrote down 1:30. I get upstairs and try to check in at 1:10 and one of the receptionist wouldn't let the other one do it. She goes "I got you" and I go to the bathroom and come out and they say they had to reschedule my appointment. I was shocked when they told me I had the wrong time but also that they couldn't take me because I was late. I say it was ten minutes and the woman says no excuses. Tell me to be there 15mins prior to my appointment and make me sit and wait for over an hour. I am still sitting here and waiting as I leave this review. I feel like I have aged 100 years. The service is abysmal, tell patients to be here 15mins early and make them wait for over an hour and still not being seen. I feel bad for the older people that come in here and have to suffer this long, like their time left isn’t long. Very ridiculous. Cancel this Christie clinic.

Went for referral that would take 18 months. They never sent it in, and now require me to pay another co pay to watch them not do their job again. Obsessed with blood test and anything else to line their pockets when I have no use for those test. Healthcare system is overpriced and difficult due to these warehouse dr office. Recommend a vet over these folks.

I had a wonderful experience. I went to Dr. Mariano Tolentino for a vasectomy, procedure was quick and absolutely painless and so was recovery.
