I was treated at the Convenience Care Center on Thursday September 11… I was having a slight drainage from my left ear and honestly was fighting fatigue. The attending Physician examined me well, diagnosed and given me the correct medication I took the first dose got in bed as told , drinked the proper amount of water. I was treated as if I cared. All I can give is a 5 star. Thank you Dr. H Zhang. I am going to continue my meds. I would love to have this physician as my primary. I would change over today.
The quality of care from the ENT specialists was subpar, they charged me a ridiculous amount of money for unnecessary blood tests and initial checkup. This place is a scam.
Went at 7pm on a Tuesday and got in within 20 minutes. Registration and intake nurse were kind and professional. Dr. Grussing was very compassionate, took her time with me and gave me clear options, patiently answering all of my questions and concerns. She treated me like an actual person, rather than trying to rush me back out the door. I’m grateful for the way I was treated here.
