There is nothing convenient about this for the patient, perhaps it is convenient for the clinic. I sat in my car for 45 minutes after my “reservation” time waiting to be called inside. It was 20 degrees out so my car ran for the entire time. After I was called inside, I sat in the room for 40 more minutes. The care provider was very nice and spent about 5 minutes with me. I love my primary care doctor and all the other specialists I have encounter over the years. It seems they prefer you to use the ER at a higher cost.
If I could give negative stars, I would. The woman doing intake on the phone was unbelievably rude. Then Dr. Nguyen was about as personable as an old piece of cardboard. Which normally I wouldn't care, if he did his job.. but he didn't even do a full check on my two year old. I could tell he wasn't listening when I told him what was going on, and he proceeded to only check her ears. He neglected to check anything else. I'm very sorry for all those folks who experienced less than profession and great service. To the contrary, my experience was very profession, helpful and friendly. I did make an appointment online before arriving and was in/out within 20 minutes.
Convenient care refused my son service because he did not have US health insurance. Would not let me pay the full cost in advance. Just refused him service.
Please double confirm the medicines that the doctor will prescribe for you before you leave. They may order something that you don’t need at all.
