I had my annual with Ob/Gyn Dr. Tamara Helfer. She charged me a co-pay of my annual. My point is that an annual can't discuss "problems?" That seems to be the whole point of an annual visit. I was not notified that certain topics were off limits for the annual. Therefore the extra charges seem unwarranted. In addition to that, Dr. Tamara helfer is threatened me to add the second charge.
Covenent Hospital In Champaign IL While the facilities appear to be older, they are clean and well maintained. The public restrooms are always spotless and well stocked. The volunteers at the information desks are friendly and helpful. The decor is as warmand inviting as you would expect it to be in a hospital setting. The biggest drawback that I see is that the nuses are lacking in support staff. CNAs and aides are not employed at this hospital. That makes for a lot of work for each nurse who carries a heavy patient load.
Great, friendly hospital Both of my parents have had surgeries at this hospital and while I would rather not have had to go in at all, Provena did all they could to make me feel welcome, comfortable and safe. Starting at the front desk, the counter staff are always smiling and helpful. They understand you might be going through a tough time but don't patronize you. The nephrologists working at Christie Clinic in Champaign does not provide adequate patient services as related to Dialysis. As my quality of life deteriorates simple follow-up and response is unacceptable.
Good luck with this waste of time! Four kids that have had to wait months, because they can never find the shot records that have been-faxed, mailed and hand delivered!?!?

Dr. Ruggieri is absolutely AMAZING on walking you through the procedure, and he makes sure you are never left in the dark on what will be done. I had a surgical procedure done on July 23 by Dr. Douglas J. Jones. I highly recommend him and his staff. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and highly competent. If someone can enjoy a minor surgical procedure, I certainly did. I will always request him in the future if I need a surgeon’s care. Thank you Dr. Jones and staff!!
