I parked at the Sponge Docks in Tarpon with my family and came back to an older guy in an outdoors hat wearing sunglasses who let me walk past him when we came back to get the car. He insisted he worked for a bunch of people. I had to pay to get my car out. When I called the business number listed here just after pulling out the man in the parking lot answered. He had switched to a ball cap by the time I got back. If you go to visit Tarpon Sponge Docks make sure to check for that man.

Reached out asking for buyers guide inspection of used cars. Said we don’t work with people from your state and hung up on call. Very poor customer service

My disabled veteran and I parked down by the sponge docks as we do every day and this one time we came back and our car was towed. Per Florida Law anyone one with a DV plate can park any where in the state of florida free of charge. When we called these people to find out where I vehicle was they were rude and hung up multiple times on my husband so when I tried calling back they sent it to voice mail over 15 times! I don’t know why there’s so many bad reviews I came in to get my brakes checked and replaced everywhere quoted me $800+ but these guys threw my car on the lift told me the exact parts that needed replaced (the rotors where fine unlike other places said) and got me out the door for $400 would definitely recommend them
