Just like any other towing company here this one never answers the phone. I have called for 3 days straight. This business is a major let down and I’m now stuck between a rock and a hard place. No reliability whatsoever. Shame on you.
I called to get a towing quote Jessica the manager answered the phone, she lacked customer service skills on the phone and the quote was twice as high as another company in town. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this company
Crashed my car 20 feet from their gate. Charged me $300 for a tow. They prey on military members.
