The owner is very greedy. When he first comes over he’s going to do miracles! Then he’s such a con man you’re paying him more for jobs not done properly. When I mentioned things that were not done right his comment to me would be “you have to pay extra for that.” He’s a snake in the grass! I would never have him on my property again !!
