Bonnie was absolutely an amazing NP and she helped me feel calm for an in office thing
Unorganized and unprofessional.
Experience -11/10 . Needed necessary medical documentation filled out for my employer and ESA documentation and after many times of them incorrectly completing the paperwork even after I sent many clarification requests from my employer. I was then blamed for their frustration and was told they should be paid to fill out my medical paperwork…I received a nasty phone call from one of the doctors herself using a demeaning tone referring to my young age as if she did not take me seriously. I made a last minute appointment on zocdoc for the next morning. I received a call in the AM to confirm my appointment. I arrived on time. The office was beautiful and welcoming. The receptionist and CRNP were wonderful. I went straight back, addressed my concerns, and left feeling much better about life. Thank you!
