I've been here twice for emergencies for myself in the last year. I was treated quickly and respectfully. Both times the staff was competent, kind, and efficent. I would go here over Christiana - Newark ED any day of the week.
I had excellent care with the nurses and my surgeon. Dont know why my vocal chords are messed up. My urologist moved out of network and they never replaced him. Please someone save this hospital.
My elderly grandfather sat in the ER for over 12 hours after having a seizure. Why would you call it an emergency room, that implies people having an emergency should come there for help.
Staff was very pleasant with me.they were very aware of my condition.was checked over completely. One assistant was very understanding and very niceto me.her name was Sam.she wheeled me out to my car when I was discharged. Very pleasant experience there at the elkton hospital.much better than other hospitals I've been in.
I have never worked with such incompetence in my life. The staff. Including doctors, were unprofessional and despite my efforts to get a safe discharge plan for my sister they just wanted her out. They put her in a cab and sent her to my address. Christine Waters was unprofessional and not only had any compassion for my sister advised her to contact police against me because I'm I was unwilling to bring her back to an unsafe environment.
