Impossible to get them to pick up the phone. Even if you can actually leave a message (usually it doesn't let you), they won't call you back. How exactly am I supposed to make an appointment? Ridiculous.

Took my son for a sick appointment, looks like they entered all his details under the wrong kids name during the nurse questionnaire. They sent the prescription in the incorrect name, of another kid who doesn’t even reside in DE. No due diligence to ensure correct prescription or name is sent.
Every time I call it takes me 30+ minutes to get someone to answer the phone. I have currently been on hold for 34 minutes and still haven't been helped. Called yesterday, 45+ minutes.
