The sign in process was a little rough trying to navigate it while holding a hurt 1 year old, then Jeff at the desk asked for the insurance card and while I was getting it from my phone he said " how about you put that away and answer me " I said well the insurance card is on my phone do you want it or not ? I am the child's grandmother so the whole experience was stressful but once we made it past Jeff everything was wonderful and PA Kim was amazing with my grandson !!! I'm so thankful for her

Friendly atmosphere. The Nurse and the Doctor were both awesome. I really was heard and respected. I truly felt that I was important to them.
After cutting my hand fairly deep, I knew I had to get stitches, so went to the Urgent Care at Eden Hill. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful, and the Nurse Practioner that stitched my hand was very kind and gentle.
