Trying to schedule an appt was impossible. My ChristianaCare urology gave me a referral to endocrinology last year. Also this year, my ChristianaCare primary care doctor put a note in the system confirming my diagnosis. The person on the phone kept saying they need a confirmation of my diagnosis. Why can't someone just look up my info from 2 different specialists for referral. She just assumed last year's ChristianaCare Urology note was from more than 12 months ago without even checking. As I have seen other reviews regarding ChristianaCare Endocrinology, if I could give negative stars I would. What an absolute mess of a practice. First of all, you can't get an appointment to save your life. And there are literally chronically ill patients that need such. And secondly, they don't know how to use their systems otherwise my partner would of had their test results weeks ago. Unhelpful and uncaring practice.
