This practice very obviously deserves it's low score. Waited over 3 months for an appointment and then waited an hour and a half and never saw a doctor. I mean I did see the doctor walking around eating a snack and having a grand old time. But you know she never actually checked on me. And there's a reason why there's so many people who have bad things to say about this practice. And if the thing that pops up about calling patient relations comes up. I already did.

I finally gave up on this practice. Never saw a doctor. Treatment by nurse practitioners. Don’t return phone calls. Very lackadaisical cursory examination after I requested one. Finally transferred to Main Line Health. Night and day. MD plus excellent resident. Thorough exam. Further testing order. Four stars for Main Line. Not that far away.

Dr Cates was awesome... the STAFF, however, can't seem to get out of their own way. They wanted me to bring back a semen sample after my vasectomy. But apparently no one knows where the sample is supposed to go. The Urology office sent me to RAD in map 2... RAD sent me down the hall back to a separate urology office, THAT urology office sent me BACK down to the main urology office, who was closed... I’ve called so many times trying to get an appointment and it kept going directly to the voicemail. I left a message twice and I was supposed to hear back in 48 hours. Well, it's been a week now, and still haven't gotten a call. I desperately need an appointment as a new patient. Seems like they don’t care enough to give me a call.
