We recently moved a soldier into your complex there were major hiccups along the way due to the inspection office for the state of Delaware . Jessica went out of her way and by gods grace got this inspection done the inspector met us today 6 weeks a head of our scheduled date and the unit passed with flying colors. You see we can only fund a soldier for so long before individual funding runs out . We were at our last month and would have had to pull the soldier from the unit. I’m pleased to announce that I will be renewing my lease for another year at Christiana pointe apartments but more importantly I would like to extend my appreciation to Jessica the property manager she was the only one who heard my silent cry and seen that I wanted to be on the right track and I worked hard to get on the right track and she did too .i am no longer questioning and worrying about my livelihood 😊Now i can live in peace ☮️ Ms Jessica is a real one and I am grateful to have her on my side ❤️
I had a great and easy experience with Jessica. She made everything very simple and answered all of my questions and I’m very thankful for her making it so simple.
Currently living here after being here for a little over a month, and to summarize my overall experiences, it has been highly disappointing. We were recommended to this apartment by the leasing manager after viewing another property. My partner and i loved the interior and decided this would be a good first home for us. I lived in this building for four years. My apartment was delivered remodeled, and the environment is quiet and safe. It's in a great location, and all the shops are nearby. I definitely recommend living here!
