Terrible business. Delivering flowers to wrong address without signature and refusing to make good
Terrible flower shop and lousy service. I ordered flowers for my moms birthday and had them delivered to our house. When my mom received them the arrangement was NOTHING like the website picture. It was less than half of an arrangement the vase wasn't even filled the flowers were literally hanging over the vase. Online, the arrangement had 9+ roses ( there were 3 in my arrangement ). I ordered a balloon and bear for my step son as I couldn't be at the hospital the day of his surgery. The delivery time was between 12pm-5pm which was perfect he was scheduled to be there at 10:30. I just wanted to send a bear with a hug and kiss from me to let him know I love him and was thinking of him. At 8am the driver called from the hospital trying to deliver the bear and balloon.
