This place has been great. We came in a couple times for some issues. The last time my wife was induced. Everyone has been the best. I feel like the negative reviews are due to wait time and why they are there in the first place. You may have to wait a couple hours, it is not first come, first served. No one answering the phone call
Just found out I was pregnant. not too sure how far along I am. but upon trying to gather my thoughts and emotions I was addressed very unpleasantly from the front desk staff at the obgyn. Not Lisa but the other staff. She was very rude and very unapproachable. I had many questions that she could not answer but instead she tried to answer in a way that she thought could help me.
