I arrived for my appointment before my 3:30 scheduled time, was checked in and had a seat. I notice a few ppl who came after me be called to the back. Around 4 pm, I asked for the status of my appointment and was told that I was only checked in on one system and now the NP left for the day!! I needed this appointment as I was having symptoms and called approx 2 weeks ago to be seen. I lost 3 hrs from my job and was told the soonest that I can be seen is on Monday at 1. Unacceptable!! I had 2 stents put in not planned it was an emergency. My discharge papers states to follow up within a week called for an appointment the best they said they can do was aug. 1st.the procedure was july13 very disappointing! Not to mention could be lfe threatening!!
