My mixed-breed rescue puppy has been boarded here, has had shots, surgery, stitches removed - all of this, and still she absolutely loves the staff and is thrilled any time she "gets" to go to the vet!

Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Does this veterinarian offer emergency after-hour services? Yes, I can always count on them Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Was this provider's office too loud? They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I would not take any animals to this place. In the end they made a horrible error and resuolted in my dog dying. All Dr. Christian could say was " soory for your loss"!

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Would you recommend this animal hospital to others? Yes

Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Was this veterinarian compassionate when your pet was sick? Yes, their compassion was greatly appreciated. Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine
