Dr. Simmons is a great vet! What I appreciate the most is the time he spends explaining procedures and answering questions. Highly recommend!
The courtesy, friendliness, assistance here was SUPER!!! Dr Boyd was informative, explaining my pets issues, which I didn’t know, what can happen & how to treat my pets condition. Further tests “could” be done, but not currently necessary, so Appreciated it. Completed visit with Dr Boyd & issued meds. Next few days, my pet is doing LOTS better❤️ Dr Boyd & staff…. Thank you.
I took two new dogs and got them their vaccinations and heartworm medicine. The pricing was reasonable and the staff was friendly
First the tech mispronounced my dogs name (it's only 3 letters, Ivy) which wasn't a great start, then he immediately started trying to upsell me when all I came in for was her allergy shot, which I did reluctantly because our previous visit to get her spayed was also disappointing but she really needed her Cytopoint. Their prices are high and they did not seem to care about any of my concerns but only tried selling me tests, bloodwork and even treats (I'm concerned about her weight gain since getting fixed, they did not ackn... read more
