I went in this morning with my pet and had such an amazing experience! I had my appointment for 8am and was running a little late but everything was all set for me. We went inside and into our room with ease. Our pet is usually reactive but the staff handled her with such ease!! For our first time it was a 10/10 experience 🤩
The staff was very friendly, compassionate, and professional – we felt that our cat Lokah was in good hands. The clinic is clean and well-organized, and the spay surgery itself went smoothly. However, we were disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding the costs. Over the phone, we were told the procedure would cost a maximum of $400 including medications. Very nice and efficient office staff, vet techs, and veterinarians. Treated my cat Loki, who is not good with people, with care. It takes at least 30 minutes to drive here, but my cats deserve the best and they are the best.
The whole experience was five star care! You're immediately greeted and welcomed in with a smile, the tech was super personable , and Dr Carl brought it home with the genuine care and understanding! Honest, reasonable and proficient! We'll be furever customers 😀
