World's worst haircut. When I walked in the shop, I found a half bottle of hard liquor on table, there was no check in desk, everyone speaking Spanish, random guy handing out hamburgers, Barber stopping to eat a hamburgers. I was trying get a Caesar cut with a 3 guard but I think he used an 1 guard. He was trying leave enough hair so I can do a comb over however it looks awful.
