I have spoken to 3 different people at this facility today and each person was progressively rude. I asked the last lady (manager of operations) to please get a message to the NP that handles my medicine. she proceeded to say "ma'am, I don't know why you are being rude to me". EXCUSE ME???? I said "ma'am, I want to set the record straight that I am not being rude to you. I desperately need to get a message to my NP who handles my medication.
