Mr. Peterson is very skilled at what he does: sees an opportunity and takes advantage. Mr. Peterson attempted to purchase my property via some questionable practices while he worked at Keller-Williams. He attempted to act sympathetic to my plight as a homeowner, offered an asinine amount for my home, and then attempted to used his legal expertise to ensure I, as the homeowner, carried the brunt of the burden during our contract together. Christian and Amy were great to work with. We could only tour houses on the weekends and Amy was more than accommodating. We had an overall smooth process all the way through closing. Highly recommended.
Christian has been awesome to work with. We bought an investment property a few years back and he's done a great job looking at ways to max the value and get the best returns on monthly and future sale.
