Dr. Laroe- was friendly with a great bedside approach and super warm and friendly to my child. Appreciate the help and care, thanks Doc!
Showed up to urgent care, they did bloodwork and throat culture. Was sent and told my results which showed i had strep throat. Got called back for Dr, and was seen by Dr Laroe. He proceeded to say it seems like I have a cold with sinus issues. So I asked what I should do for the strep throat, he responded surprised. I explained I was told my results, he said oh thanks for telling me. Isn't the doctor supposed to read my file do he can treat me accordingly? Advocate for yourself so you are treated accordingly. Disappointing
I have rarely written a review but had to find a way to rate this excellent physician. Saw him in the Kaiser Urgent Care yesterday and he went above and beyond to take care of me and my needs. He listens, cares and provided needed tests to answer questions. I am a retired RN and know quality care which I definitely received. Thank you Dr. Laroe.
He does not listen to problems when you tell him what worked last time and he prescribed what they gave last time so I had to get a different prescription,just said I will take care of it. WRONG DOESNT WORK NEED A DIFFERANT DOCTOR .
Dr. Laroe is a shining star in the KP network. Unlike most of the KP providers, he is kind, patient, friendly, upbeat and caring. I immediately felt at ease with him. He took the time to listen to me and treated me with respect, which is HIGHLY unusual when it comes to K.P. doctors. He treated me like a human being; I was pleasantly surprised. If Dr. Laroe is taking new clients, I highly encourage you to engage him as your physician. He is a rare and wonderful asset to the K.P. experience. Good energy, nice guy, a gem.
