I was afraid to go here due to it's not so great reputation but it was clean with caring staff with little wait time to be seen

Went in on thursday it was literally no one waiting i was the only patient and it took them 2 hours to come into my room ontop of them just sitting outside my door laughing and joking while i’m sitting in extreme pain. They are horrible i always have bad experiences but it’s the closest to my home but i will start going to different hospitals because this one is horrible

Excessively long wait times. You can have your lab results for hours before they actually come and let you know what’s going on. I had my bf ask them to remove my IV just to see the doctor sitting there doing nothing.

I legitimately HATE this er! Unfortunately, I am forced to frequent this location due to proximity and to my having a major illness. I’ve had bad experiences here before, but this latest one has got to be THE absolute WORST experience yet. First off, the doctors do as they please, instead of just following the actual on file notes from a doctor who has treated me my entire adulthood! As a person with a lifelong diagnosed illness, my doctor has a set regimen on file for when I go into an ER for pain. But instead, the ER doc o... read more
