Terrible. The last two times I came here with potentially life threatening issues and sat in the waiting room for 2 hrs. I was never seen. I left. Do not go here
I came into emergency tonight and Porsche was my nurse, when I tell you this lady is an angel I mean she was the kindest nurse I’ve had and she made my visit feel so welcoming and like she genuinely cared about what I was going through, she was super friendly we had a great conversation ! This women deserves a raise and a promotion!
My daughter took my granddaughter there today to the ER because that’s what’s the closest to her house. My nine-year-old granddaughter has NF and has different types of brain tumors. She had a horrible migraine through the middle of the night where she threw up in her sleep and then again in the morning and was stuttering so her mom had to take her to the closest hospital number one. I am absolutely sickened and disgusted by the experience I just had here. The nurses on staff should be reported to the board for their conduct. I brought my child who has a rare genetic disorder with brain-related complication and the treatment we received was horrific. One male nurse actually told me, “This isn’t Burger King, you’re gonna have to wait a while.” Another dismissively said, “This is an emergency room, what do you expect.”This is not the kind of care anyone deserves, especially in a medical emergency. Horrible and some of the staff have Major Attitudes especially at check in I was told the people who came in after an hour after me PROBABLY need more work up , my chest pains meant absolutely nothing it's 3 hrs and counting
