On October 14th I was in the ER at Christian Northwest with multiple problems. The doctor was rude and acted he did not want to be bothered with my problems. The ER desk employees spent a lot of time watching tv. I was sent home with no idea what was wrong with me. The next night was in the ER at Christian Northeast even more sick and could not walk on my own. Do I recommend the hospital...yes. Great staff...they take great care of you. The billing department however unravels all the good the hospital provides. They never send a bill. They just call and want you to pay over the phone. I have paid in full every time. Have yet to see a bill. When I asked for an invoice she said they already sent it. When I asked for a receipt she said she would mail it...again I don’t seem to get their mail. I have no problem paying for my medical bills but their system is incredibly frustrating and... read more
