This review is solely based on the customer service received from a purchase of extensions. I did not receive a service, just purchased hair extensions from this location. I purchased over $500 worth of products directly from this salon, which were never even received. I reached out and kindly requested assistance in locating the missing product and was told that it was not their problem. Hands down one of the best hair salons in Orange County. The whole team is talented, welcoming, and genuinely cares about their clients. Catherine is absolutely slaying the game with hair extensions and color — flawless blends, beautiful tones, and hair that looks natural and expensive every time. And the owner, Tiffany Loe, is an incredible human who’s created such a positive, supportive atmosphere in the salon. You can really feel the passion and professionalism the moment you walk in.
