This was my first experience with an actual lisence professional stylist and I had an amazing experience. I went in for a consultation with my stylist Kylee first just to feel the place out and see if there really was anything we could do to get my hair where I wanted it to be with my past hair history. Tiffany is, by far, an amazing business owner & hairdresser! She truly lives for hair. I’ll admit, I’m not the easiest client. I know exactly what I want & I’m not shy about pointing out imperfections. When I wasn’t 100% happy with a service done by another stylist, Tiffany stepped in without hesitation. I got my hair done by Kylee, she did an amazing job!! I walked in with uneven dark color splotches everywhere and needed help going lighter with keeping my hair’s integrity, she did exactly that. Definitely going back to her.
I’m sorry, (I don’t like leaving a bad review) but this wasn’t what I asked for nor was it worth the $350 I paid. On top of that, they assumed I was leaving a $50 tip and never gave me my change back. I was too embarrassed to say anything, so I just left it. I even returned the next day to get my hair fixed, but the stylist said she couldn’t do anything unless I paid another $160 for lowlights.
