Wasted my time once again and being blamed for the ways my knees are. Wouldn’t even listen to why I was in the office and decided to just got off old records from a different doctor which I wasn’t even referred by. Tried to explain my knee was fine till I was hurt in sports almost 2 years ago but nope wouldn’t even look at paperwork or even the surgery images that I had with me from surgery from my referring surgeon. Tried to reschedule my appointment 2 different time and left messages after messages, I got to reschedule it’s once and due to another appointment on the same day I rescheduled I have to reschedule once and now left yet another message to schedule a new appointment once again. Tired of leaving messages after messages and never getting a call back!
Excellent bedside manner. Highly recommend Dr. Latterman, his fellow Dr. Dean and amazing nurses.
