Where do I start.. 1st appointment, no Dr. He has his nurse practitioner see me. Sets up CT scan. No call to me to set an appointment. I have to call. Then I call back , not once, not twice, not three times and still no call back. The medical care at this doctors office is useless, lackadaisical, mediocre at best. I’m disgusted.
Dr, Latham did a good job! This review is about his nurse practitioner Kristen Cox. I went in over my incision draining. I had messaged through the portal my concerns. I get a response from Cox. She said to come in at 11:00 that day. I show up. As normal the nurse calls me back. The nurse puts the thing on my wrist to check blood pressure. The nurse had not finished putting it on before Cox came in the room seemly on a mission. The nurse backed off.
