Dr. Kim has been thorough, professional, kind and answered all questions, hard to find great doctors in the area, he's definitely one of them (office staff has been terrific as well and love that I can text questions/appt changes instead of calling).

Dr. Kim has been phenomenal in taking on several patients from the Redding area for Hematology. He is kind, caring, and explains the issues to the patients in ways they can understand. I have had nothing but excellent reports on his care for the dozen or so patients I have referred to him and why I have chosen to go out of the local area to use someone so knowledgeable and patient friendly.
There has not been any experience since I have not been able to schedule my appointment after a number of attempts to talk to the new patient coordinator. I've been trying to get in contact with her without any response on their end. When I call they are either closed or send me to leave a message.
