Tried charging me $10,000 for a job McMackin Mechanical fixed for $392. Smh.
Had a great experience with James Denofa during his visit to my home to check and evaluate my heater problem. he explained all options well.
Do not use this company. They are charging my credit card monthly without my authorization! I have called numerous times and been laughed at on the phone and never received the promised return call back.
Overpriced and Unresponsive to my request for a refund for a cancellation. The cancellation was made the same day service was scheduled.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We are very disappointed in this company! They came out 2 months ago to look at our leaking shower, took $1,000 to order a part and we haven't heard from them since! We keep calling and they keep us on hold and don't return calls. We have NO idea how they are staying in business!
