When a family member needed a minor surgery, we chose to drive from GR to Chrisitan Healthcare Specialists. The surgeon and anesthesiologist were both very compassionate, skilled and professional. Nurses Kim and Dawn were so attentive and kind! We appreciated that Dr. VanderKooi prayed with us prior to the surgery. The facility was beautiful. This is a great resource for us in Newaygo County. Newaygo County staff is friendly.. I've also been to the one on the east beltline in Grand rapids I like that the doctors pray with the patients seems to be more patient centered. No big pharma. No socialized medicine.
