Better care for the residents. No sense of urgency. No privacy as the rooms have to be shared. Boxes for tv connectors faulty and give a terrible picture. Likely hard on the residents eyes. My understanding is that it has been this way for quite some time. If it was your grandmother, mother, brother or sister...you would want better care for them. Do not recommend due to said reasons. I believe a change needs to be in order.
Subtandard care (wet briefs), nursing staff smoking with residents in courtyard, no accountability for patient injury, smell of urine permeates the building, overall care just not there.
When I was working there it was a great place to work. I Supposeit still is i've had two of my niece'sand a sister-in-law work there only one is left the others went to bigger jobs. I Loved the Residents, Staff and met some of the most courageous women in the world. Everyone from laundry to Med staff and janitors as well as maintenance were all great we always had a smile on our face even though it was hard work and sometimes the residents didn't want to cooperate we always got through it by talking to each other and the goo... read more
