IOP program was great and I love the therapist they connected me with.
Denied without an initial consultation. Doubt any of it is Holy Spirit led.
COMPLETELY dissatisfied with the lack of service from this company. I have left numerous messages for Karen, Jessica, Kathlerine or Kathleen, and Susan...none of them have gotten back to me. I deeply regret ever opening up to these people. Edit: add Sarah Reik, Cassie Lauters, and Kristie Windsberger to the list of Unhelpful people associated with this counseling service. "That which you did for the least of my brothers, you did for Me." Do those words sound familiar?
40 minute session and the therapist didn’t help. I would pause purposely to see if she had any ideas or ways to cope, no comment. When time was up she say okay see you next week. Would not recommend!
