My husband owes a bill here all because y’all misdiagnosed him. He came in with strep throat, and you can see it clearly as tonsils you could see the white stuff, And they told him it was tonsil stones and not strep. They told him they’ll give him antibiotics and he could take it if he needs to. I tried to contact the manager for a year and she was never there.
They don’t answer the phone. I tried to call reception AND their billing department several times and it rang until it just hung up. Absolutely garbage customer service. I’ll never be back, even though I live 3 minutes up the road.
Made an appointment and still had a long wait time to be seen. The NP Tettleton was a waste of my time. I was not listened to at all. Will not be returning.
I went in for a drug test for employment. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The staff was very friendly and respectful.
